Plyometric jump training is a very important part of a figure skater's off-ice training routine. Completing a consistent plyometric program will increase a skater's jump height, power, and landing stabilty, while significantly increasing lower extremity strength. In this video dowload, a skater will learn basic to advanced plyometric exercises that will teach the proper biomechanics of off-ice jumping and reduce risk of injury.
