About the Author
Linda Ross, Ph.D., holds advanced degrees in both psychology and kinesiology. She is a lifelong athlete who has competed at the provincial/state, national, and international levels in several individual and team sports. She currently trains as an adult figure skater registered with U.S. Figure Skating. With over 25 years of experience in the health, wellness, and sport sciences industry, Linda is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
