In addition to the 3 circuits in 'The Competitive Skater' DVD, we have have created a 4th circuit to rotate into your exercise routine. It includes new upper body, lower body, and core exercises to challenge your fitness level and improve the muscular strength to become a better skater. You may use the same equipment used in the current Competitive program.
