Following the evaluation, she will create a personalized off-ice training program that addresses your weaknesses, which will be completed in subsequent training sessions. A personalized program will maximize what you achieve from your off-ice training program. This is appropriate for a skater who wishes to continue online training sessions with Lauren following the evaluation
